SafeSpace

I love my personal Myspace. It is nice to have a place to chat with friends, see what old friends are up to and just check out pics of people I know or would like to know. But what about my sweet little girl, I worry about her "space" all of the time. So the idea of letting her open up her inner most self with the world is more than atad bit scarry! Overprotective is not a word I ever considered myself to be, yet what I see out there is just not what I want my 9 year-old angel to see. As a parent, an educator, and a child advocate, I have to ask myself (and anyone out there willing to respond), is there a "safe space" for our children out in the blogg'in world?
